Do I have to attend the monthly call live?
No. Live attendance is encouraged, but not required. Replays are available inside the membership so you can watch and apply the work on your own schedule.
How long should I stay in the membership?
As long as it’s supporting you. Stay while you’re getting value, practicing the work, and feeling more grounded in your responses. You can cancel anytime. No pressure and no long-term commitment required.

Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching and embodiment-based practice focused on self-leadership, nervous system awareness, and identity-level change. It is not mental health treatment or crisis support.
Will this help me get over a specific person?
The goal is not to force yourself to get over someone. The work helps you change how you respond to obsession and fear so you stop spiraling and stop abandoning yourself. As your identity and nervous system responses shift, your attachment patterns shift too.
Is this about manifestation?
Yes. But not panic-driven manifestation or trying to force a specific outcome. You’ll learn how to manifest from surrender, trust, and possibility instead of fear and control. The focus is on becoming the badass, self-led version of you first. From that identity, your relationship patterns and outcomes begin to change in a more stable and aligned way.
What if I’m already very self-aware?
That’s a strength here. Self-awareness is a huge advantage when it comes to reprogramming your patterns with Accept, Reflect, Protect. Awareness alone doesn’t stop spirals, but it does make the work more effective. The more quickly you can notice what you’re feeling, thinking, and doing, the faster you can apply the practice in real time. This membership gives you a repeatable structure to use your self-awareness productively, so instead of just seeing the pattern, you know exactly how to shift it. Women who are already self-aware often move through the work faster because they recognize their triggers sooner and stay engaged with the practice.
